We apologize for the confusion about our Help and Support Forum. By design this has always been a primarily peer-to-peer based support tool. This means many of the responses to user questions are answered by other customers just like you. Additionally, if a customer is experiencing a similar question they may add details to an existing thread. This is how most online communities function.

It is my team's job to manage this forum and provide support related to the platform. If you have a specific question related to how the forum functions, I will be happy to address those questions here.

Additionally, we ask that you please only post your questions once and wait for a response. Posting your question multiple times within our forum is viewed as a form of duplicate/spam posting and it does violate our Xfinity Forum Guidelines and our Xfinity Forum Acceptable Use Policy.
