How do I access my Starz subscription via Xfinity Flex.

Hey, there! Thanks for reaching out to us through our Xfintiy community on Forums. The Xfintiy Flex box is an awesome streaming platform and I am glad to hear you have this to watch all your apps on. With Peacock Premium, it really adds a lot of value to your services!

It sounds like you already subscribe to Starz, is that correct? If so, to watch Starz on your Xfintiy Flex box, you would need to unsubscribe to your existing Starz and order it through the box itself. When you subscribe through Flex, you also get access to Starz, StarzEncore, StarzEncore Action, StarzEncore Black and StarzEncore Westerns channels. You will also get OnDemand content through the Xfinity Stream app. Just search with your voice remote for Starz to locate the app and sign in once you are ready.

@XfinityDevinC Tell me how I can get the special of 6 months of Starz for $20.00 through Flex plus get a refund from Starz for my existing 6 month subscription.

That’s what I purchased and, since I cannot access it through Flex, I have no way to enjoy it.

We are happy to check into what offers we have on our end to add Starz for you through the Flex box. While you can add that through the box itself using your voice remote, we can also activate it and other apps on our end for you through your account.

As far as your previous subscription, if it was through us, we can look at stopping that and making sure you are no longer billed. If you bought the subscription though Starz directly, then you would need to ask for a refund or to unsubscribe through them.
