I have the same problem. Just started today. It doesn’t recognize my email as my id to login. Never gets to the password part. This is happening on my iPhone. I login many times a day normally.

This is happening to me too. It has happened before -- Xfinity keeps telling me it is an incorrect login. It's the same login name as my email account name. Now all of a sudden it's not recognized.
