Hello @user_af595d and thank you for reaching out to us. Typically you can find your internet browser on your taskbar on the bottom of your PC, most desktops show an internet browser on the desktop. The method you reached out to us was also using an internet browser. On your phone, tablet or PC it could called Google Chrome, Apple's Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox. We hope you find your internet browser.

Why isn't there an internet browser on Flex? I'm not talking about a browser on a desktop or laptop. I'm talking about my TV. Why isn't there a browser? Why isn't there a way to download apps through Flex?

[Edited: "Language"]. I could do this with my firestick.

All the apps are automatically loaded onto your Flex device, so there's no need to download each app individually. Just sign into your accounts and all your favorite TV, movies, music, podcasts and more are ready to stream, right from your TV.

@XfinityDena I don't see any way to log into the Curiosity Stream app. I already have a subscription there. I'm not going to subscribe twice. Am I missing something?

If the Curiosity app is not shown on Flex, you will have to view it where you watched it before.

Did you drop that service?

I love how Xfinity is avoiding talking about a browser on the flex box lol. Y'all think you are slick when there's thousands of users asking for it.

@user_d5d5b6 literally it's a small change in it's code and then you allow a single browser to use like your main box. Or are you trying to force upgrades to use the internet we already pay for? Some people like using the TV to browse. Why keep asking us why we want it? We've been asking ever since you first offered the flex lol.
