I would like the email address. They charged me incorrectly on my bill and blamed it on me.

To access your account, will you please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

How do I file a complaint with XFinity with email? I have spoken with 7 people on the chat and my issues has not been resolved after 3 weeks. I cancelled my service and was changed the monthly fee after cancelling my service. I am owed $125.00 and would greatly appreciate my money being returned. Please help.

Hi,

I am requesting that I get a returned message.  I cancelled my service on 4/18/24 and turned in my equipment and was told all was clear and good.

I got the monthly service fee on 5/7/24 of $123.00.  I am out of the country and cannot make a phone call.  I have chatted with 7 different people since 5/7/24 requesting my bank account be credited the $123.00 that is owed to me. Each person assures me it has been taken care of and assures me I will receive a follow up email.  Neither have happened after 7 attempts.  I am very frustrated and need the money that is owed to me.

Please help me to get this resolved as soon as possble.  My emai address is [Edited: "Personal Information"] .

It's incredibly inconvenient to be charged for a service you no longer have, especially when you're out of the country and can't easily make a phone call. Dealing with multiple chats and getting no follow-up emails must be incredibly frustrating.
