Xfinity loops back to hub page

Cannot get into my emails.  Internet and tv are working.  When I sign in, the page keeps looping back to the Hub.  I do not need help with tv or wireless.  there's something going on with my getting into email box, period.  Already had a session with Xfinity support via Facebook, X and your chatbot.  Can't get bot to understand the issue with email. 
Also spent time on the 800 number.  More botting.  Has anyone else had this looping issue?  I need my emails to conduct my business as well as personal emails.  thank you.

I have the same issue.  It worked fine yesterday but today I am unable to access my email.  Keeps looping back to the Discovery Hub every time I click the link to go to my email.

I also have the same problem.  Yesterday it worked fine.  Today it shows "Getting Messages" twice and then loops back to the Discovery Hub page.  Our other two Xfinity email accounts/addresses are fine, but it just occurs with this third address.

@user_gi0aw4 Are you still having an issue with that third email account as we are hoping as earlier fix has resolved this for you.

I also cannot access my Xfinity/Comcast email. Worked ok a few hours ago. Now it takes me to a Discovery Hub, which gives me 2 options to access my email. Neither one works - just takes me back to the Discovery Hub homepage.  PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO CORRECT THIS.

all morning long can successfully login but it keeps looping to the discovery hub. Since I am not alone this appears to be and issue with Comcast.

My apologies for this inconvenience. We are aware there is an issue where customers who log in to Xfinity.com to check email will get redirected back to the Discovery Hub. We do not have an ETA of resolution but are working hard to get it resolved for everyone.

Hello janswers! I'm sorry for the trouble this issue caused on Tuesday. According to the teams all email should be working correctly again as of Tuesday. I know it's vital to keep connected so as soon as it was identified the repair teams were on it to help limit the time and impact of not being able to access your email. Can you please let us know if you are still having any issues?

Having the same problem.  Try to log in and then it goes to the Hub page.  Try to click on the link for Comcast.net and, once again, it takes me back to the Hub.  What is going on and how long until it is fixed.  Worked fine last night!!!

Same issue. On chat with Xfinity for 1 3/4 hours. They asked me to delete emails, which i did via my Ipad. I could access them on Ipad through my email icon not the xfinity web site. I notice that before it took me to the discovery Hub page the address added  #xfFailureCount=1  which disappearedwhen it went to the Hub page. Any way, they tell me i will be reset in 2 hours and please wait for a text.

Same here with the HUB page reloading etc. Very frustrating!! Can anyone access their comcast emails using an email app instead of online??

Mine is still not working and its Friday.  I even tried clicking on the blue link at the time of page that says Email click here.  It does the same thing loops back to the Discovery Hub page.

Mine is doing the same thing. I have explained it over and over again on the telephone and text, and been "escalated" three times with no solution offered. Any luck from anyone else? I absolutely need my email access back shortly.

I know that each situation does vary, so I wanted to get more insight into your situation. Does this happen when using various browsers? If possible, have you tried again using a private or incognito tab? Besides email, are you able to navigate all the other features on your account online?

Having same issue here on Friday 12/10.   Was fine until around 4PM EST.  Logged out and back in, tried multiple links, just takes back to hub and doesn't load email.

Hi there, @NOZoneEmail! This issue should be mitigated. Can you try accessing your email again? If it still loops to the Discovery Hub, can you clear your cache+cookies and try again? I look forward to your update.
