Hate Yahoo! It is not user friendly, I thought it would get better as I familiar with the app. I'm getting over 60 emails that are for just shopping or buying something. Why should I pay $5 more a month to get rid of ads. Comcast I'm so disappointed in the change. I've been with you for over 30 years. Why can't the people who want to stay with Comcast can stay. Others may want to change to Yahoo. We had no say in changing platforms.

Xfinity... Yahoo email is terrible. You need to make an option for disappointed customer to return to your email program. You dumping us with yahoo email and giving us no option to return is completely unacceptable!

[Edited: "Inflammatory"] I want Xfinity/[Edited: "Inflammatory"] to give me back my email service without having to go through all that 3rd party [Edited: "Profanity"] and using another browser service! For the monthly internet fee I pay, I should have my email service the way I like it! "Straight up with no advertising crapola!"

@user_4ofi07  We are very sorry that you are not having a good experience with the Yahoo email. Once the switch has been made there is not a way to go back.

The Switch was done with no announcement. The Switch was a forced action without asking for my consent. There was no procedure to allow xfinity/comcast customers to continue to use only xfinity email services if I did not switch to yahoo messenger. Now I get bombed constantly by yahoo messenger spam. And do not say well you can always move to another 3rd party email service or chance your browser, etc. I hope a new IP provider moves into my area that does not pull this bullying behavior.

agreed, the app is awful to use, asks to pay for upgrade, conversations are grouped together and emails seem to get lost.  This is awful.
