whitelist email address

Need to add   donotreply@appfolio.com     to my email addresses.      i mistakenly spammed and now it is blocked.

user_dm8h20 Hello, I hope you are having a great day. I am sorry you are having issues with unblocking an email that you mistakenly sent to the spam folder. Have you cleared your spam folder after you labeled the email as spam?

Hi, spam deletes after 7 days so have lost this avenue to add the email back.  Tried  another means but misunderstood that to whitelist the email ,   It would block other incoming emails.

I entered the desired email into my address book successfully,  but think the Appfolio company has suspended access.  Trying to locate phone number to see if they can  

let me back into their system.   Dave

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
