@dp1Hello and thank you for reaching out via Xfinity via our Community Forums.I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble logging into your Comcast email account. I understand how important access to your email is, and I’m here to help you get this sorted out as quickly as possible!
Let’s go through a few troubleshooting steps together to resolve the issue:
1. Check Your Login Credentials
Please double-check that you are entering the correct email address and password. If you're unsure about your password, you can reset it by following the steps on our password reset page.
Make sure that Caps Lock is turned off and that you’re typing everything exactly as it should be.
2. Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies
Sometimes, browser cache and cookies can cause login issues. Try clearing them by going to your browser settings and looking for the "Clear browsing data" option.
Alternatively, try using a different browser or a private/incognito window to see if that resolves the issue.
3. Check Your Internet Connection
Make sure your device is connected to the internet. If you're on a Wi-Fi network, try switching to a wired connection (if available) or restart your router to refresh the connection.
4. Reset Your Password (If Needed)
If you’re still unable to log in, you may need to reset your password. Visit Xfinity's password recovery page and follow the instructions to reset your password. Once you’ve created a new password, try logging in again.
5. Check for Service Outages
Occasionally, service outages can affect email access. Please check if there are any ongoing outages in your area by visiting Xfinity's Service Status Page.
If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account, make sure you’re entering the verification code that was sent to your registered device or email.
If you've tried all of these steps and are still unable to log in, please let us know so we can look into the issue further and provide additional assistance.

If you are trying to log in to Xfinity Connect webmail with a 3rd party email address, it won't work. You'd think Comcast/Xfinity's error handling would cover that situation, but apparently not. Instead of telling you "no go", they switch you to the useless "email" link you posted.

Was the ID you are using created recently? They've taken down the support article at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information, but when it was still accessible it said:
Lame excuses are presented at https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/beginning-june-3-2024-customers-will-not-be-able-to-create-new-xfinity-email-comcastnet-accounts/666653961e56d61567fa1f02.
