Unable to access Comcast email - redirects to main page

@XfinityCSAEmail  I am having the same issue as this post below, which lists many others who had the same issue. Anytime I try the check email icon it redirects me back to the homepage and same if I try to access Xfinity connect directly.  I've tried accessing from multiple computers and browsers with no success. How can this be resolved?

Your response to the post above references an "email refresh" is that possible? Thanks!

Yes, I have tried all those solutions with no success. That is why I was asking about the “email refresh” that is accomplished by Xfinity.

We cant do any email refresh on our end. That would be done by our CSA team.

I understand that which is why I tagged @XfinityCSAEmail in my original post. How may I contact the CSA team? I’ve not been successful in anyway.

Great question, in order to contact CSA you would need to reach out to 1-800-xfinity and ask to speak with them. They will be able to transfer you over to the dedicated customer security team.

@XfinityCSAEmail  ...

Note that this employee hasn't posted anything to the Forums in nearly 2 years. Also, you can reach CSA more directly by calling the contact number given in https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse.
