Transferring e-mail to yahoo

I received an email on august 15, 2025 informing me of the change.  I have not received and e-mail providing me with a link to accept yahoo terms of service.

I am seeing the page, when i try to go to my e-mail, that is asking me if I want to start the process or skip this and go to my e-mail.

When I click on 'get started' I add my email address, it takes me to the password page and I add my password.  When I click on this the page does nothing, it does not refresh or respond in any way.

Help.

Hello @MasterLi1 We would be happy to look and help with this. Can you please review the article below about the migration to Yahoo and make sure you have attempted all the steps listed.

@MasterLi1, Was the email that you received on the 15th of august an invitation to make the switch or just a notice of the upcoming change?

Not an invitation, just notice of the change?

Attached is a list of the screen I see when it says options to "get started" or just go to email.  I can't paste or attach?

Thanks.

This where I put in my e-mail address.  it does move me to the next page.

This is an xfinity address that won't accept my password.

Thanks brian

@MasterLi1 if you go to connect.xfinity.com and log in, does it let you access the email through that site?

When I click on the get started link it takes me to yahoo log in page for my xfinity email address.  It does accept this and takes me to the next page where it asks for my password.  When I enter this it does nothing.  It stays on the same page requesting my password which is good.

Should I receive an e-mail from xfinity asking me to accept terms of service with Yahoo?  I have not received this, but when I try to log in for xfinity e-mail it shows me the get started  or go to your inbox page?

See links I posted above.  Thanks brian

MasterLi1 You should get an email in the Xfinity inbox for accepting terms and service agreement for Yahoo about 30 days before your email converts.

My initial email was 9-15 it said I would get another email 30 days later.  I have not received this yet, but i was getting the get started screen, I assume this is the one that will allow me to accept terms of service and then convert?  thanks.  I'm 69 that's my excuse and I am sticking with it!  Brian
