Stopped receiving emails from a group I belong to
A couple weeks ago, I stopped receiving emails from an organization. They don't go to spam: I just stopped getting emails from the group. I go on the website, & I can see messages that are being sent.

Good afternoon @Marlene41, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums, we hope you are otherwise having a wonderful Wednesday so far. I see that you are running into some issues receiving emails from an organization but can see they were sent. May I ask how you are accessing your emails? Is it through the XFINITY website or third party client server such as Outlook or Apple Mail? Are you experiencing this issue with any other senders?
