Greetings, @user_tcfnum! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your email, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
Can you tell me a little more about what's happening? Are you trying to sign in to your email at https://www.xfinity.com/email? Are you getting an error saying your password is incorrect, or is it doing something else? Were you able to access your email on this device in the past? Any details you can provide will help us narrow things down and find a solution.
Are you signing in to webmail? Are you using a third party email app? Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail? This information will help us to help you. Always give as much detail when you post as possible so that we know what is going on. Just leave out any personal identifying information as possible.
