Same here.  Why has this been changed?  Why weren't we given new directions for logging into our email account?  Very disappointing.

How are you trying to sign in to your email account?  Through a third party email app or through webmail?  Are you getting any error messages and if so what are they?

Or, are you talking about the email migration to Yahoo! Mail?

Here is information regarding the transition to Yahoo! Mail:

And, from the Yahoo! page:

@Again wrpte: "...  The link can be found under your avatar on the Hub [xfinity.com]. ..."

Unless, of course, as I have posted before, there is no avatar on that page, like so:

If I reload the page many times the avatar will eventually show up. But users shouldn't have to do that, should they?

Why do you refuse to believe that there is a problem with that page?

I don't doubt there is a problem with that page.

Is what you're showing from the FF browser?  Does it show up missing in any other browser you have?  Have you gone into FF's configuration and made any changes?  I ask because you're the only one that reports problems and issues with the Forums.

Have you already migrated your email to Yahoo! Mail?  If not, you'll continue to sign in to Xfinity Connect for your email until you get the email about transitioning your email.  That email will have the verified logo next to it when seen in webmail.

I received a letter today With big Red Letters saying Xfinity..

It’s time to update your Xfinity account email.... I am scared to click on the link because I read here in the forums that I would receive a letter asking me to accept the terms of yahoo?  I am scared it is not legitimate.

Please Advise, thank you

Here is what the letter says and the

sender is ✅Customer care<[Edited: "Malicious Email Address"]>

You're right not to click on the link because what you received is a phishing email and has nothing to do with the migration to Yahoo! Mail.

In webmail you should see the verified logo next to any official email from Comcast/Xfinity.

I cannot sign into my email.  I visited the store and an associate sign right in but would not show me what she did.  She gave an address to use and it is a useless as she was.  Maybe I should withhold my next payment until this is fixed.

The sign process for me was open the Xfinity Discovery Hub (where you manage your account).  There was a link click to get your email.  Since they are migrating the email part of Xfinity to Yahoo, it is a process.  It won't be complete until 2026, but it has started.   I read about the migration on this forum.  When I looked this up for myself,  I read what is going on.  You do have to be really on top of avoiding the scammers because you get a LOT of emails claiming to be Xfinity. so be very careful not to fall for one.  If you get a questionable one, ask someone if it is real.   Now I can't sign in on the Discovery hub which had a link on top to click.  The link on that page is gone in my area.   So I found that if I go to chat on their website and write "email" in the chat, I get immediately directed to my email.   Now I understand the parameters better so started going thru and deleting lots of email I got lazy about.  I also read on the web (just search comcast email migrating to yahoo and you will find it) it will tell you all about it.  While there, I watched a couple videos and they take care to warn you about your storage limits and avoiding scammers trying to get your password for your email.  It also shows you what it will look like.  If you don't have a yahoo account, make one and put it as your recovery email for Comcast.  I am not an Xfinity Employee or Representative.   Don't withhold your payments to the company, it won't help.  Fingers crossed for myself.  Good Luck

how to sign in email

If you can't find an email link on a Comcast/Xfinity page, use https://connect.xfinity.com/. If you are logged in that link will load their web email page directly. If you are not logged in, you'll be prompted to do so, and then you'll be taken to the email page.

You can save yourself some aggravation by adding a bookmark or favorite to that link and using it to reach the web email page.
