Same here. Why has this been changed? Why weren't we given new directions for logging into our email account? Very disappointing.
How are you trying to sign in to your email account? Through a third party email app or through webmail? Are you getting any error messages and if so what are they?
Or, are you talking about the email migration to Yahoo! Mail?
Here is information regarding the transition to Yahoo! Mail:

@Again wrpte: "... The link can be found under your avatar on the Hub [xfinity.com]. ..."
Unless, of course, as I have posted before, there is no avatar on that page, like so:
If I reload the page many times the avatar will eventually show up. But users shouldn't have to do that, should they?
Why do you refuse to believe that there is a problem with that page?

I don't doubt there is a problem with that page.
Is what you're showing from the FF browser? Does it show up missing in any other browser you have? Have you gone into FF's configuration and made any changes? I ask because you're the only one that reports problems and issues with the Forums.

I just got an email from Walgreens. In the future will that go over to yahoo mail?
Have you already migrated your email to Yahoo! Mail? If not, you'll continue to sign in to Xfinity Connect for your email until you get the email about transitioning your email. That email will have the verified logo next to it when seen in webmail.

I received a letter today With big Red Letters saying Xfinity..
It’s time to update your Xfinity account email.... I am scared to click on the link because I read here in the forums that I would receive a letter asking me to accept the terms of yahoo? I am scared it is not legitimate.
Please Advise, thank you
Here is what the letter says and the
sender is ✅Customer care<[Edited: "Malicious Email Address"]>

How are we supposed to know what is legit and what is not? I am totally confused and nervous about scams.
