Sent emails are not in Sent folder

The Sent emails have stopped showing in my Sent folder. Settings look fine, I am receiving emails, but not seeing Send replies on my phone and iPad.  I see them on the Connect Xfinity email site.

Hi @Jgreb608, and thanks for posting your concern to the Xfinity Forums, I hope you are having a good weekend so far. As someone that sends a lot of emails for work, I know it is important for sent emails to show up in the sent folder, so you can see what you have sent. You have reached the right team that can take a look at this issue for you. You mentioned that the emails do show on the Xfinity website. Are those emails that are showing on the website emails that you have sent using the third party client?

I am unsure what a third party client is. I use my iPhone and iPad to send emails using my Comcast account. This has happened before where my Sent emails disappear for some unknown reason. I have not heard from anyone from Xfinity yet pertaining to this issue. Thank you.

Hey there Jgreb608, just to clarify a 3rd party email client would be like Mail for Apple (usually a blue suqare with the white envelope), Mail for Android, Outlook, Thunderbird, or different programs that are not directly Xfinity, but allow you to access your email from us. If you are using an iPhone or iPad often times customers are using the Mail App for Apple. If you are not seeing all of your emails. It may be a situation where you would need to log into Xfinity.com and go to your email settings. There is an option to sync your mail across the Xfinity website and the third party apps. Here is a link that may be of assistance: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/update-your-xfinity-email-settings.

I am having a similar issue where my Sent emails have stopped showing up in my Sent folder (as of 10/28/25).
Here is what I have checked:

- verified settings

- checked Sent folder on web (no Sent emails in Sent folder on web). Looks the same as my iPhone Mail app.

- checked storage (NO ISSUE THERE!)

- deleted Comcast mail profile on phone, re-added - nothing.

- sent test message from Comcast mail - nothing

- I am receiving all email fine

any suggestions??
