Have you attempted to make sure the app and email settings are up-to-date? If you have not you can also log out and log back in with the same email to see if the issues are still ongoing.

Hello @user_ewawia, sorry for the trouble you’re running into. You may want to try clearing your browsing history on Safari and then opening the link again, or trying a different browser to see if that helps. When I access the link, everything does appear in English on my end. Once you’re able to open it, could you also try logging in to confirm your password is working correctly? Please let us know how it goes.
