@XfinityJorge

Thanks for the response.

The issue is not with the Service, it is clearly a Domain issue.  Xfinity is blocking the domain of EROLS.COM, RCN.COM.  I can send to that Domain from Gmail and Yahoo mail but not Xfinity.

Reporting-MTA: dns; mx02.rcn.email-ash1.sync.lan
Arrival-Date: Sun, 04 May 2025 10:57:58 -0400

Final-Recipient: rfc822; XXXX.erols.com
Remote-MTA: dns; md08.rcn.email-ash1.sync.lan
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 552 5.2.2 Over quota
Last-Attempt-Date: Sun, 04 May 2025 10:57:58 -0400
Status: 5.2.2
Action: failed

Please address this issue with Level 2 Support so they can unblock the Domain of EROLS.COM, RCN.COM

Thanks

@joep63, our customer security assurance team (CSA) may be of the best assistance in this scenario as they are the team that often handles these issues. You can reach them 7 days a week between the hours of 8:00AM and 12:00AM EST at 1-888-565-4329. You can also visit the help section on the CSA website to view specific erros that you may be recieving, and locate the next best step to have that error resolved, I will provide a link to that below.

@XfinityJustinM

I submitted the issue I am having with sending emails to a specific domain using Xfinity email but not when I use Gmail or Yahoo email.  The CSA site does not look like they handle email issues only website domains.  I posted anyway but do not believe that is where I can get a specific email domain unblocked.
