resomta-a2p-647974 Sending error

Hello,

I am needing assistance with getting this error resolved. This is the same exact issue as this post: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/421-resomtah1p028516syscomcastnet-excessive-failed-authentication-esmtp-server-temporarily-not-avai/6581ba29e4ada5345193b7c1

We have had our IT look at this and the xfinity/comcast servers are blocking me from sending from my email at the office. I have verified that all devices that have this email attached do not have invalid credentials. This started happening a month ago. Is there a way Xfinity can whitelist my public IP at the office?

user_dme59a - Thank you for your feedback and for joining us here on the Foums! Does this issue occur when sending emails via Xfinity Connect?

Hi Thomas! This does not happen via Webmail. It is only when sending through third party email clients. Outlook, Outlook Mobile, etc.
