reactivate email

I am unable to access my emails connected to my account.

Every time I log in and click the email icon, I get redirected to the homepage. Can I get access to my emails again?

I have the same problem as this post - https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/customer-service/reactivate-email/626c0224ee0ef23e5262b6d2

I have followed all the steps and still cannot access my emails

@clownboy12

How long has it been since you last accessed this email?  And are you still a Comcast customer, or are you coming back as a customer?

@Again I've been trying to access the email for probably 2 years now. I don't know the last time I accessed it. I can still sign into the account, I just can't access emails. I do not currently have xfinity service anymore

Thank you so much for that information, @clownboy12. If you don’t log in to your Xfinity Email account(s) at least once every 12 months, we’ll designate it as inactive and delete it along with all the contents – including emails, draft emails, and address book entries. Before we delete your email account, however, we’ll notify you. Here is a link with more information regarding our email activation policy for you to review, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-activity. I hope this is helpful!

okay. I'm still able to sign into the account, so it shouldn't be deleted then, right? I am unable to access the inbox page with the account and people have started sending email to it again so I'd like to access the new emails being sent and the xfinity page keeps looping away from the inbox page. How can we fix this?

You may reactivate your deleted Xfinity Email account by logging in to the Xfinity Email website. However, we are unable to recover any previously deleted content.

Anyone who sends an email to a deleted email account will receive an "account not found" or similar message in response. Do you know if those who have tried to email the account were getting an error message?

I actually just double checked and yes, that is the error that is returned when emailing that address

"Your message wasn't delivered to <EMAIL> because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."

However, I have logged into this email multiple times now so I thought it would be re-activated by now

I am also having this problem.  I was an Xfinity customer and then moved to a new place that provided internet and discontinued my service, so probably a couple years went by where I wasn't using my email.  I just recently started Xfinity service again and have not been able to reactivate my email.  Since this is the only way to get paperless billing (that I could find anyway), I would very much like to reactivate my comcast email, but every time I try to sign in I just get "Welcome to Xfinity Connect.  We are now loading your email." on a loop.  I've tried clearing my cache on Chrome as well as Firefox on my computer and Safari on my iPhone.
