Luckily today- 4/5- I rec’d this email from you into my Comcast email on both my iPhone & iPad.  My MacBook never experienced  the problem.

Well, the hiccup re-appeared very shortly and my husband's Comcast email has not worked for month's.  The same server Alert message saying Temporarily blacklisted IP address and -try again later.  He goes into the Xfinity website to read his emails since can't retrieve through mail server.

Trisha3, Thanks for reaching back out and for letting us know. I can understand the inconvenience that this has caused as I helped another customer with the same issue. I am sorry to learn about this experience. To get this fixed, have you tried to reset the modem and level it powered off for a while? Here is also another great link for resolving black listed error messages such as this here. I also recommend in going to this link to fill out a report. Here are some steps to follow below:

1) Click button: “Postmaster”

2) Locate accordion list Item: “How do I get my IP block removed?”

3) Find interior link: “reporting page” —> (https://spa.xfinity.com/report)

4) Locate within dropdown list: “I’m not able to send e-mail to Comcast customers (comcast.net)” —> Continue

5) Completed the form.

6) Clicked button: “Review” and wait for 3 hours
