Hi there! We understand how concerning it would be to lose access to important information you saved. We want to make sure we’re looking at the correct feature. Were you using a notepad inside the Xfinity Email website, or a Notes/Notepad app on your phone or computer?
As a first step, please sign in to Xfinity Email from a full web browser at connect.xfinity.com and check whether the notepad is available there. You can also try another browser or a private/incognito window in case the page is not loading correctly. You can find the official Xfinity Email sign-in instructions here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/how-to-access-email-account
Please let us know which device and browser you’re using and where you normally accessed the notepad. We’ll continue working with you here to determine what happened and whether the saved information can still be accessed.

I'm almost certain Comcast had nothing to do with the loss of your notepad. If it was from Microsoft, blame them.
