Not Receiving Emails

Hello, 

Is anyone else having issues receiving verification emails for any account using their Xfinity email? If I try to reset a password, recover an account, or change my password I do not receive the verification email to my Comcast account. I have had to change all of my logins to my gmail account due to this issue. Since Xfinity gives you basic customer service and no actual control of email settings I cannot figure it out.

I also am not receiving any emails from Comcast.  I am forced to use my gmail  account.

Greetings @user_ospkmg, and thanks for posting on the Xfinity forums today, I hope you are having a great week so far. As someone that has both a work email and personal email, I know how important email is, and I am sorry that you are having issues with your comcast.net account. You mentioned that you are not recieving any emails, I just have a few follow up questions:
1. When you check you mail, are you using the Xfinity connect website?
2. What date was the last email you received?

3. Are you able to send email from the account?

@XfinityJanelle​ yes. I do not receive them with my xfinity account. Even after saving the companies email to my address book.

user_9cmedt The company may have been flagged as spam by other Xfinity customers, and they are now blocked. When this happens, they may receive an error report or an undeliverable message with a link to help unblock their domain. You can also check out this page here for more information.

I’m not going to tell every major company that I am not receiving their AI generated emails from to fill out some random form when it’s an issue with Comcast. It’s such an issue that I have to switch everything to Gmail. As a tech company, how about figuring out why your email is not working properly.

Thank you for getting back to me,   I called 1800 comcast.  I spoke to Omar.  He talked me through the procedure. Now I have my emai back. What a relief!  Thanks.
