Not receiving emails to my comcast email from Quickbooks

I send myself emails from Quickbooks online. All of a sudden I no longer received them. We tried another comcast email and that did not receive it either.  The last test we ran, it sent to both, but 3 days later. There are no filters or rules in place and they are also not found in Spam or trash. This happened a few months ago and then started working again.

Call Comcast security.  See if there is a blocking issue for that sender's domain-----------------------

Good afternoon,

There are no blocks or filters on quickbooks. Our logs indicate that any emails directed to you from quickbooks are being delivered. In the delayed emails examples - can you please message me the email headers directly? specifically the section with "Delivered:" timestamps as those are server timestamps and will help identifying if there is a delay.

I work with Quickbooks for our small business and every single customer that has a Comcast email their invoice is getting bounced back to me. Have had issues in the past with this. Now I get to email every single person who has a Comcast email and send them a link to pay their invoice. Beyond frustrating.

Hi, @user_aafa03. The Customer Security  Assurance Team did post above we don't have any filters or blocks with QuickBooks. I would message them directly with the information listed above if you are still seeing this occur.

Hi

Was there a resolution to the question about not receiving emails from quickbooks.  I am a customer of a company who is sending me invoices but I am not receiving them.  As soon as the company changed my email to my gmail account I immediately received the invoice.

It is also important to note that I had been receiving the invoices up until a couple of weeks ago.  Thanks.

This is also happening to us.  We have three companies that send us invoices through an email from Intuit Quickbooks.  All three emails are not coming through to either my husband’s or my comcast.net email.  I had to give them a Gmail.com account which received the email immediately.  That tells me something is going on on Comcast’s end.  Has a resolution been found?

Hi, @user_4e91e2! Thanks for reaching out to XFINITY over our forums page for help with seeing if there is a resolution to the email concern with Quick Books. As a Quick Books user myself, I understand the inconvenience that this can cause you. Let's get this fixed. While reviewing this further, I noticed that our awesome Customer Security Assurance team member stated in a previous message that there are no blocks or filters on QuickBooks. In the delayed email examples, check the email headers directly. Specifically the section with "Delivered:" timestamps as those are server timestamps and can help identify if there is a delay. How does this sound?

And I am as well. I suspect it isn’t that we all changed our filters suddenly a few months ago. There must have been some central

change at Xfinity. FWIW: the rep I spoke with on the phone did a search and couldn’t identify any emails received by anyone in the region over the last month from Quickbooks billing. Unless no one else is receiving bills from a company that uses this service, it suggests a regional or national

issue.

This is [Edited: "Language"].  For second month in a row my Pool Guy can't send invoices to Comcast Email Customer(s).  It used to work for 18 months until April, now two months in a row NO invoices via Quickbooks. My Pool Guy said I am not the only Comcast Email customer that has this problem.  Given it is Comcast Corp, we expect NO support or help what so ever.

I have same issue. Quickbooks invoices do not come through my Comcast email but do through gmail. This needs to be fixed!! It is not a filter problem on my end. It is a Comcast issue.

We can understand all too well how important it can be to receive the emails needed!  We would certainly start by checking all the filters and settings for your Comcast email address. However, beyond that and to check for security features and dive in a bit further, we would recommend reaching out to our Customer Security Assurance team. Here are their business hours and number to reach them.

Comcast/Xfinity, please stop gaslighting your customers! We collectively are not receiving any emails generated by Quickbooks and it's not "our settings" but rather your issue. Vendors are not getting paid due to invoices not being received. PLEASE FIX THIS!!

Hello @user_9ce781 , and thank you for reaching out to us here at the Xfinity Forums regarding your concerns with receiving emails generated by Quickbooks. Have you had a chance to review the thread and attempt any of the steps outlined above? I do see our awesome Customer Security Assurance team member had looked into this early on in the thread and confirmed there are no specific blocks or filters related to Quickbooks in place at this time.

To check for security features and investigate this further, we would suggest reaching out to our CSA department either by contacting XfinityCSAEmail directly as they requested or reaching the team over the phone. Here are their business hours and number to reach them:

48 minutes with 2 different xfinity people.  It is not their problem, it is an intuit problem.  These people at xfinity are a waste.

Is there any resolution to this issue? I am missing invoices to my Comcast.net email from several companies. The companies and Quickbooks Intuit are in my contacts and there have not been any changes to my filters.

The Customer Security Assurance is  phone number a black hole of frustration

I am having the same issue with receiving not only Quickbooks, but Signs 365, Dropbox, and Wix. We use these applications daily to run our business. They suddenly stopped working about a year ago. Who knows how many more because since I don't receive them, I'll never know.

I've also had at least 3 customers lately (that I know of) that are not receiving MY emails. I get no bounce back message. However, when I follow up with customers by phone, they have never received my email. One was a quote and I lost the account because they thought I was too slow with getting back to them. 2 are gmail accounts and one is a website based email.
