Not receiving email
I am not receiving email from my daughter’s school nor is my husband. Other friends who don’t use xfinity are receiving email. This just started happening, we’ve been at the school for 6 years.
Could Comcast be blocking the schools domain? How do I get that checked or fixed?

I've been having the same issue all day today. A teacher sent me an email but I never received it (even checked spam). The only reason I knew about it was that another parent responded to the email and that one I did get. Throughout the day it appears I haven't received emails directed to me from several different people. And then a few came in hours later. My husband was able to forward me emails from his work and I received those okay. It is very frustrating because these emails contain very important and some time sensitive information and I'm missing them.

Me too. My daughter sent one over 10 hours ago that I just received.
I would have preferred an upfront “yes, we are aware there is a problem and we are working on it” more than the hour I spent on hold today waiting to talk to live person who “had to reset my account.” Obviously that was BS

Is this better for anyone now? It seemed to be working better last night, but now the problem seems to be back when I send myself test emails from other accounts.

Yes, my inbox was filled late last night with Cyber Monday email ads - maybe the burden of all these ad emails caused the issue?? We will never know.
