Mailchimp email messages that are not spam are getting bounced
@XfinityAlex I am having the same issue as what was described in this messsage:
It looks as though you were able to fix it for that user.
I have a Mailchimp account and regularly send emails. I have always included two of my own Comcast email accounts in those mailing, to make sure they got sent correctly. On May 30 they suddenly stopped making it through to those accounts. I HAVE NOW LOOKED AT A REPORT WITHIN MAILCHIMP, AND INDEED ALL OF THE COMCAST.NET SUBSCRIBERS TO THAT LIST ARE ALSO NOT RECEIVING THE MAILINGS. They are "soft bouncing" back.
PLEASE HELP!

@XfinityAlex i am also having trouble with sending email from my mailchimp account to any @Comcast.net email. The phone support at xfinity has been less than helpful. Please help!
