Emails sent to comcast.net addresses getting dropped but not bounced

Hello, I send out newsletters for an organization to 200 people weekly using a mail service. This is our primary form of communication for our organization and it includes information that our members need to access. Yet Comcast email users are yet to receive any of my emails, despite them showing delivered on my end. The mail service is hosted by Mailchimp. My email works great for emailing just about anyone, with 100% success I can email:

  • Gmail
  • Yahoo
  • Outlook.com/hotmail
  • and a wide variety of .com addresses such as local businesses

In all the above cases my emails land in recipients inboxes, never flagged as spam.

For some reason, people with comcast.net email don't receive my emails:

  • They don't go to the Inbox
  • They don't go to Spam/Junk
  • They don't get filtered or hit a rule that's moving or deleting them
  • I have never received a bounced email back with a reason

@XfinitySPAAbuse @XfinityCSAEmail Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

@user_rab Recapping our DM conversation, I escalated this to our Anti-spam group, and they state this should now be resolved.  The messages were being marked as spam and delivered to the spam folders for each user.  They would be able to mark messages as "not spam" via the Xfinity Webmail platform.  They could also add your email address to their address book (again, Xfinity Webmail) to get the message into their inbox.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out and being part of the Xfinity family. That's definitely not the experience we want you to have. I'd be happy to take a look at your email to see what I can find. In order to get started can you please send me a private message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?

Hummm gotcha! That's gonna be difficult to troubleshoot. Are you using a 3rd party client like outlook?

@XfinityAlex I am having the same issue. I have a Mailchimp account and regularly send emails. I have always included two of my own Comcast email accounts in those mailing, to make sure they got sent correctly. On May 30 they suddenly stopped making it through to those accounts. I am very concerned that others in my mailing list who have Comcast.net email accounts are now also not receiving the mailings. PLEASE HELP!
