How are you accessing the Xfinity e-mail are you going to https://login.xfinity.com/login or have you tried logging into your e-mail through our Xfinity app, by going to the search button and type in “ e-mail” where it will populate” go to my email inbox”?

I have 2 Comcast emails. The main one I rarely use and cannot get into. I have one phone and only another Comcast email. Every time I try to access my main one the phone number " is already attached to another Comcast account"!!! How can I get into my account EVERY time I want without having a hassle?
