Hello, user_6190u2! I am sorry to hear you are not able to get into your email box. We will get this figured out! Are you signing in at the Xfinity email website, https://www.xfinity.com/email? Do you see a certain error message come up or what happens when you try to access the box?

How are you accessing your email? on the web or on a third party email app? Are you able to log in and then not see any email? In webmail click on the gear icon and then Email settings. In the left pane check Auto Forward to make sure your email isn't being forwarded to some place else.

I can not get into my comcast email for a week now. Tried changing password. That did not work. It just says data seems wrong. I can see emails to be trash and one folder . but not any inbox email. I am older and not good with laptops. I have been getting into my same email for 15 years. What is going on. I have moved and no longer have xfinity account, but have been using same email address and password for years, up until about a week ago. Help please
