Email search not working
My email search function isn't working properly. I first noticed the problem on July 27. When I search my emails by a sender's email address, it doesn't show most of the emails even though I can scroll down and see they are there. For someone I email frequently with, the search only showed emails from 2009 and before. I've never had this issue before. I can't figure out how to connect with Xfinity support about this issue. When I try to connect to an agent via the support chat it just keeps sending me in circles.

I am also not able to search directly through Xfinity e-mail on my computer. It just started several months ago. I have to search on my iphone and then go scroll down to that date in my e-mail when using my laptop. There has to be a solution if this many of us are struggling with this problem.

I have been experiencing the same issue now for over a month. It has occurred on multiple computers (both Mac & PC) and on multiple platforms. WHAT IS GOING ON???

I am having the same issue! I have important emails for travel that need to be accessed. Tried multiple devices, xfinity.com and also xfinity app. Need fixed asap!
