My email password has been hacked 4 times and I can't get any help from xfinity. [Edited: "Language/Inflammatory"]

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Having your email hacked must be painfully frustrating. It sounds like we have dropped the ball.

 

Please if you have not done so already, change your password. I would also enable 2-step verification. This additional security step requires a unique code sent to your registered mobile phone to log into your account. This acts as an extra layer of security for your Comcast account because a hacker must have your device in order to access your data. Also reach out to our Customer Security Assurance Team (CSA) at 1-877-807-6581. These security professionals handle issues like phishing, spam, infected computers (often called bots), online fraud, data usage escalations, and other security issues. This team has the tools to investigate the situation and make sure this no longer happens.

Me too, so far trying to get support has been a nightmare. Finally got a phone number but it would not take my "1" for talk to an agent.
