I'm having the same problem here. I click on an email, and it opens up with the correct heading information, but the body of the email is from a completely unrelated site. Also, when I am trying to send and email, I get randomly kicked out, and the email system keeps saving drafts every every minute or so -- sometimes every few seconds. Does anyone know what is going on here?

Same problems here - Sent emails keep popping up on the bottom of the screen as Drafts, in various stages of development, emails containing 'body' info from other emails (if I reply or forward, I can see the correct body), deleted emails keep re-appearing in my Inbox.
What is the solution, PLEASE?

I am having the same problem. I called Xfinity and stayed on the phone for an hour. They told me to clear cookies.& that should fix it. This seems like I.am running in circles.

I too have been experiencing random email issues when using Xfinity email on browser throughout the last few months. These issues are random and come and go. The drafts issue is a big issue. Sometimes I'll be attempting to reply to or forward an email, and it will disappear with an error stating that the email is no longer available. I'll receive messages in my inbox and then they'll disappear. I'll delete items from my inbox and then they'll randomly appear as well. These issues seem to persist between 1 and 3 days and then the issue will disappear, but then a few days, weeks, or months from then, the issue will reoccur again. There is no rhythm or rhyme for why these issues occur, but all I know is that these issues have never occurred in the last 7-8 years that I have been using Xfinity email up until around September of 2024! All in all, the issues I am experiencing seem identical to what you have been experiencing as well, and are obviously an issue with Xfinity and NOT you or I!
