Be patient.  This transition will be going on until June 2026.  Roll out is slow.  Continue checking webmail for the official verified email from Comcast regarding this transition.

Here is information regarding the transition to Yahoo! Mail:

And, from the Yahoo! page:

I'm not aware of anyone receiving the "invitation email" Comcast/Xfinity said we would get. Instead, when your account is ready to be moved, logging in to xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net will display the panel shown in https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/68e5cc7e19d01b57e46b0864?commentId=68e64c7119d01b57e46df868 (unless they change their mind again!). When that appears select "Get started" to begin the process.

Sadly I have already tried all of that. I came here after clicking on the link on the Xfinity page and going to yahoo where i put everything in then the page just reloads and never goes anywhere.

Hello @Aceq2jot! We appreciate you reaching out with your issue encountered during the email migration process. It sounds like you have been going through quite a cumbersome journey. Thank you for confirming you have tried the steps above that our Experts @Again and @BruceW have mentioned.

You said that the page keeps reloading after you go to the Yahoo webpage, right? By chance, have you also cleared the cache and cookies from the web browser history and then tried going through the link again? Please let us know if the page continues to reload in a loop, so we can explore this further.
