Have not recieved follow up email to move email account to Yahoo Mail
I received an email on August 21 saying to expect to receive a follow up email in 30 days to move my email account to Yahoo Mail. It has now been more than 45 days since then and I have not received the follow up email I was told to expect. I was wondering if I somehow failed to receive the follow up email or if there has just been a delay and the.follow up email has not been sent yet.

I received my initial email on July 29. About 60 days later, when logging into my email through webmail, I received the screen prompt pictured below. There was no follow-up email.

Exactly the same here. I got a "Important update: Changes are coming" email on 8/21, saying "In about 30 days, you’ll receive another email", but . . . nothing since. Sadly, it is a mistake to rely on any statement Comcast/Xfinity makes.

I'll back up the others-----------I got the first email about the transition back in August (26th?) Since then I've heard nothing. I just tried signing out and back in again, but I'm not getting the banner posted by @rightfooted . Its still the old format. So-----just about two months now?

I signed into one of my two accounts using webmail and finally got the screen posted upthread by @rightfooted , and did the migration for that one. It was relatively painless. Thunderbird, however, is not happy with it and I can't get it set up in that so far. The other account is the one I use for the forums and I'm holding off on that for now. It would be nice if an OE could pop in here and give us some idea about the 120 day thing. Like when does it start? Oddly, my old (25 years old) Yahoo account is still set up and functioning in Thunderbird.
Go figure🤨
