Email Access

I am unable to access my emails via online. I get sent to a page I don't understand. my email address is [EDITED: Personal Information]

Thanks for your reply. When I click on the link (here) I get directed to (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information) instead of where I expected to go. I'm just trying to get to where I can login to my emails.

Try opening a Private browsing window in your browser and see if that same link takes you to the sign-in page.  I just tried it and it works OK for me.  If it does work for you, go back to the regular browser page, then clear history/cache.  Then close out the browser and open it in a fresh session and try again.
