Penhaligon Yes, you should be able to download them. You have to click on the ellipsis and select "Save as file," then it downloads a .eml file wherever you select the email to save.
Log in to Xfinity Webmail Open the email you want to save Click the “More” or “...” menu and choose “Download” or “Save As” Save the email as an .eml or .txt file to your hard drive
Look for the three-dot icon (⋯) near the top-right of the message window (next to "Reply", "Forward", etc.)
