downloading email to local hard drive

I would like to download my emails to my PC's hard drive. Is that possible?

Penhaligon Yes, you should be able to download them. You have to click on the ellipsis and select "Save as file," then it downloads a .eml file wherever you select the email to save.

Where is the ellipsis located, please?

Log in to Xfinity Webmail
Open the email you want to save
Click the “More” or “...” menu and choose “Download” or “Save As”
Save the email as an .eml or .txt file to your hard drive

Look for the three-dot icon (⋯) near the top-right of the message window (next to "Reply", "Forward", etc.)

I figured it out. It was under the 'more actions' tab - then 'save as file'

Thank-you for your help. Much appreciated
