I just sent a test email to my comcast.net email and it did not come to my yahoo email.
You mean it did not come to your comcast.net email at Yahoo?

I don't understand the new mail. I signed up for the new mail so If an email is sent to my comcast.net account will it be sent to my yahoo mail?
Not sure what you mean by you "signed up for the new mail". Did you get the invitation to move your comcast.net email to Yahoo! Mail? You would have had to agreed to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you have moved your comcast.net email to Yahoo! Mail you would sign in with your comcast.net credentials.
Are you a new Comcast customer, perchance?

If you are a new customer you won't have a comcast.net email, just an XfinityID. Otherwise:
