Good afternoon user_etrgc3. I definitely understand the importance of being able to access your email, and I would be more than happy to assist you further. I do have a couple of questions to better understand the situation. Are you having trouble accessing your Comcast email directly on our site, xfinity.com? Or are you experiencing issues when using a 3rd-party application like Outlook or Mail clients for mobile phones? What error message are you receiving?

Has my Comcast.net address been changed to [Edited: "Personal Information"]? I show no emails when signing into my Comcast address account. Did you create a yahoo email addy? My concern is I already had a [Edited: "Personal Information"] address. So did it just combine yet is still honoring the Comcast address? My problem also is I had an Comcast pw and a yahoo pw. Do I use my old yahoo pw?
Has my Comcast.net address been changed to [Edited: "Personal Information"]? I show no emails when signing into my Comcast address account. You might want to check in webmail to see if your emails are being forwarded somewhere. Click on the gear icon and then on Email Forwarding. If there is an email address there you weren't expecting, remove it and then click on Save. Did you create a yahoo email addy? Your comcast.net email is moving in tact to yahoo, but you retain the @comcast.net address. My concern is I already had a [Edited: "Personal Information"] address. So did it just combine yet is still honoring the Comcast address? My problem also is I had an Comcast pw and a yahoo pw. Do I use my old yahoo pw?
Lots of good questions.
Here is information you might want to read about this transition. If you have more questions, please post back!
In webmail, when it is about your time you transition, you'll get an official verified email from Comcast/Xfinity and then around 30 days later you'll get another email asking you to accept the Yahoo Terms of Service and Privacy Notice and then you will follow any instructions after that. From there on you'll sign in at yahoo.com .
Here is information regarding the transition to Yahoo! Mail:

That doesn't tell us very much. How are you trying to access your email, by webmail or by a third party email app like Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple/Mac Mail, etc? Are you getting any error messages and if so what are they?

Exactly what happens when you try to sign into the account? Are you getting any error message? Are you using Outlook on a desktop or laptop?
