I have an old comcast email that i do not use but I am logged into it for my Amazon account. I will be changing that tomorrow as we now live in Tx with no xfinity in our area. I need to get into [Edited: "Personal Information"]

I do have a password

Hello user_uevdn2 when attempting to sign into your comcast.net email, what error messages are you seeing? Are you having issues loggintino the main webpage at all?

@user_83js5o Welcome to our community forum. I use my Email every day so I'd be upset if I wasn't receiving mail. Are you accessing your Email from our website or from a third party Email? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

I'm having the same issues.  Then I got an email from comcast yesterday telling me that I have 90 days to save what I have under my comcast email because I've not used my account for 3 yrs.  I've been a comcast.net user for over 25.  I can't seem to get an resolution on this either.  And gmail is taking over and nothing is sync'd.  The password to my comcast keeps telling me it's wrong and the only password it will accept is the gmail account and it's blank.  I need resolution so hoping that something has been figured out w/this group here.

whitll For disconnected accounts, you would need to sign in to your Xfinity email at least once every 90 days from the Xfinity website to keep it active. It would become inactive and unrecoverable after that point. Have you logged in recently through the website?

How were you getting your email in the past? using webmail [https://connect.xfinity.com/ ] ?  Or using an third party app like Outlook or Thunderbird?

user_apmke7 you might need to reset your password. If the password was not meeting complexity standards, we typically will disable the account while you update the password.
