Comcast emails migrating to Yahoo
I’m getting multiple spam emails Dailey telling me I need to take some action on this. What email address will the legitimate request confirm?

In https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/switching-to-yahoo/688f5fd3c3884e34154bc962?commentId=688fe7e1c3884e3415511bfa&replyId=6890c604c3884e3415575eba employee @XfinityAlex stated that 'the option to migrate will come from "updates.xfinity.com".' If an "update" email does not come from that address, it's a scam. But an email that claims to be from that address still may not be legitimate, because scammers can fake their email "From" addresses.
Check email that claims to be from Comcast/Xfinity with their Connect webmail (https://connect.xfinity.com/) and look for the XFINITY Verified Email logo. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/comcast-verified-email for examples of valid logo placement. A logo in the body of the email does not count.
When you log in to webmail, if your account is ready to be converted you should see a banner like the example in https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/68e5cc7e19d01b57e46b0864?commentId=68e64c7119d01b57e46df868. When that appears select "Get started" to begin the migration process.
Also see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/yahoo-email-migration-overview and https://help.yahoo.com/kb/new-yahoo-mail/SLN36803.html.
