... AUP#Out-1130 ...

The error message appears to be generated by Spectrum's mail servers. https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/understanding-email-error-codes item "1100 - 1150" says:

The IP address you’re trying to connect from has an issue with the Domain Name System. Spectrum requires a full circle DNS for emails to be allowed through. Verify the IP you’re connecting from, and check the IP address to ensure a reverse DNS entry exists for the IP. If the IP address is a Spectrum-provided email address, contact us.

The IP address is coming from XFinity internet? Not Spectrum.

Perhaps @XfinityAlex or @XfinityDaveL can help you with this.

Hello user_mm2loq. Thanks for sharing the trouble you are seeing with sending email from your spectrum account. I'm sorry for the trouble this is causing. I know email is a primary way that many people keep in contact, so I'm sure this could be causing some trouble for you.

As a quick test are you able to email your own spectrum email address while on the Xfinity network? Are you having any other connection issues while on your home network?

I'm sorry that I don't have much information on how specturm's email works and if they have their own portal for accessing your inbox, but for Xfinity we would want to try to bypass any email clients to help understand if it's a setting within the email client and work out from there.

@BruceW Thank you for your guidance and engagement!

XfinityPaula -

I cannot email myself from the rr.com account. Receive error as above.

The only issue is sending email through Outlook for Spectrum Roadrunner email. Receiving emails is working.

Did you see another forum conversation attached above for similar issue?

Thank you.

You don't need it really. The Spectrum error message suggests that the poster's Comcast public IP does not have the required reverse DNS entry. As seen in the Forum article they posted, @XfinityAlex has been able to correct this for others.

@user_mm2loq Have you tried reaching out to Spectrum for further assistance? We would not be able to assist with Spectrum email.

The problem is that the poster's Comcast/Xfinity IP does not have an RDNS entry. Spectrum cannot correct this, only Comcast/Xfinity can.
