I couldn't log in. Rejected my username, phone and email. Xfin didn't send code to allow me to sign in and fix issue. Tried opening email again and I was auto-sign in!! Baffling and absurd.
I'm a legacy email account. I left Comcast/Xfinity several years ago while retaining my mail address. I'm unsure why it locked me out briefly. It wouldn't accept any of my credentials, so I tried my normal email bookmark to access and surprisingly, I was logged in. Makes no sense. Try accessing as you normally would. It might work.
I should note that I do not sign out every time I close my email.

Same problem here. Can't get past the first screen. It doesn't accept my user ID or e-mail address.
