Accessing my comcast.net email

How do I access my comcast.net email? I was unaware when I created my comcast.net email account that comcast.net would soon be cancelled. I am expecting an email at the old address: [Edited: "Personal Information"] that is very important to me. Help!

Call Comcast security. They can tell you if they can restore the account.  If you haven't signed into it in a long time it may have been deleted.

I have this same problem.  My original comcast .net email is [Edited: "Personal Information"].  That account still works.  My wife's comcast .net account, [Edited: "Personal Information"]. is blocked also

What's wrong with your email?  Are you trying to go to webmail to get it and you can't get in?
