Access Older Emails

I suddenly can no longer access emails older than a month on my comcast.net email address. I saw the email I was looking for, opened it, and it suddenly went away. I now cannot search for older emails or scroll back longer than a month. I cannot access any sort of customer service. I could see them earlier, but now they are all gone.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support @user_qx2qdh!  We are so glad to hear from you and want to assist in any way that we can to address your email concerns.  No worries!  We also acknowledge your difficulty in reaching customer support and are here to help in any way that we can to get things ironed out for you.  Can you tell us how you regularly access your email?  Are you using a 3rd party app or are you logging into the website?

I access it every day. I try to log in online through xfinity once a month. I use two different 3rd party apps. One on my phone and another on two different PCs. I was using Thunderbird on my PC when I saw the emails disappear. I then checked on my phone and xfinity online and they were gone from there as well. I keep my settings for 3rd party apps to retain emails on the xfinity servers and to not delete old emails.

Okay got it!  Thanks so much for that clarification.  Do you log into the website to see if the older emails are there @user_qx2qdh?

@XfinityArmand The older emails are not on the website either. I cannot find them anywhere. They are not in archive or trash.
