Trade-in offer has not been processed (shipped on 9/22/25)

I ordered a new iPhone 17 with the understanding I would be receiving a $600 trade-in credit for my old iPhone 12 Pro. I shipped my trade-in on 09/22/25 (as directed by Xfinity) and the USPS tracking has listed my package as “in transit to next facility” since arriving in Forth Worth, TX Distribution Center on 10/01/24 . I’ve had numerous calls with both Xfinity support and USPS telling me that they will raise a support ticket or that I need to file a missing package claim with USPS, all which have lead to no resolution. I’ve been told to wait for 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to take effect. Well it has now been 3 full billing cycles with no credit offered to date.

I’ve been a loyal customer to Xfinity for 10 years now and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of effort and accountability. I simply want the credit offer promised to me by Xfinity and not to be at the mercy of USPS losing my package or other processing delays.

Hey @user_slh6ap, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. Please note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.

We recommend reviewing our Getting Started in the Xfinity Help & Support Forum, Xfinity Forum Guidelines, and our Xfinity Forum Acceptable Use Policy to get familiar with how our community forums work here.

With Xfinity Mobile, we are limited on what assistance we can provide, but will be more than happy to collect some information and pass it along to our Xfinity Mobile team to review.

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, clicking on the pen and paper icon, and then entering “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full first/last name and complete service address (Including the city, state, and zip code), and I'll be happy to help.
