Trade In waiting credit from 3 months

I did two phone trade in September 2023 when xfinity is providing $700 to $850 credit on eligible phone. I send back my phone and it’s received and accepted but Still I am fighting to get phone credit applied . I am paying full installatment every month and xfinity service is only opening ticke number doing nothing . Can anyone help how to file complaint so that my issue get resolved.

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:


 • Click "Sign In" if necessary


 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging


 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon


 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there


 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list


 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line


 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window


 • Press Enter to send it
