If you're able to receive emails but not send them from your iPhone, that usually points to an issue with the outgoing mail server settings, authentication, or the account configuration on the device.

  • Are you receiving any specific error message when you try to send an email?
  • Is this happening only on your iPhone, or are you also unable to send emails through Xfinity Connect/Yahoo Webmail in a browser?
  • Have there been any recent password changes or updates to the email account?
