xfinity sent me 2 gateways
made switch from performance select to internet essentials on 4/26/24 -- xfinity sent a gateway, which i didn't hook up, cause i already had an approved one -- so i guess i was kept on performance select, cause no one told me i had to switch to the new gateway -- so the bill came in on 6/2, i realized i was still on performance select, on 6/3 contacted xfinity and they explained i needed to hook up the gateway they sent on 4/26, which i did, they then switched me to internet essentials, everything good -- but then on 6/4 they send me another gateway, which i haven't even opened -- tried to send it back today using online chat, they give me some ups number that is useless -- i guess just keep both until xfinity contacts me, leave the second one unpacked and ready for return?
