Xfinity Rewards Member Favorite All Gone

Every Thursday there are new member rewards and every Thursday one or more of them are marked “Member Favorite-All Gone”.  This week it’s Nightmare on Elm Street to own, all gone. I’ve even tried looking at 12:01am on a Thursday and still see this. What’s the point of offering rewards that can’t be redeemed in a reasonable amount of time?

Can you confirm if you were logged in as the primary user when attempting to redeem your rewards? Also, are you doing this through our app or on the website?
