Xfinity Mobile Prepaid Card Expired

I received a prepaid gift card from Xfinity Mobile as part of a promotion. However, just when I planned to use the card, I noticed it had expired. I am reaching out to see if can issue a replacement card. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Before using this forum, I chatted with an Xfinity rep, who provided the same incentive phone number you provided. I  called and spoke with an incentive team member, who said I needed to speak with prepaid and transferred me to prepaid cards. After the transfer, there was a message stating closed, although I called during open hours. Because I was transferred, I don't have a number to call prepaid on another day.

The number given is where we'd direct you to reset a re-issue of the prepaid card that has now expired. We do have some verification steps that we take you through, but should be able to get that to you pretty quick.

Spent one hour on the phone to get connected to a representative. The third and final person I spoke to was helpful and resolved issue. Thank you.
